"I noticed a separate $10 charge from Comfort Inn The Pointe on my credit card. And then, I called the front desk, and they told me the $10 charge was for parking. However, when I checked in, the front desk staff specifically told me that parking was free. Because of that, I chose to park at the hotel. ..."
