" We had a great stay at JW Marriott KL! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, just steps away from Pavilion mall and lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and quick to assist. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of variety however would have been easier to label food ingredients for those with food allergies. Staff awareness of food allergies will be beneficial "

"The hotel itself is very luxurious and is worthy of a 5star rating. The accommodation space is very clean and comes with a lot of quality amenities such as a lounge and roof pool. The property itself was very clean, but certain areas around were very questionable, there were some nearby neighborhoods outside the vicinity of the hotel you certainly wouldn't fancy going to at night. But I suppose that's an issue with the city itself and not that of the hotel, as the hotel property itself was...

"The property is well located; it's within walking distance or a short monorail/train ride to most attractions and lots of dining options. The pool is stunning and the washer/dryer is very handy. You'll need to supply your own pool and hand towels though. The check in process was more convoluted than it needed to be with the agent's preference for using messaging apps. Our major criticism would be that there are insufficient lifts for the building, with long waits around check in and check out...

"The Robertson was a great place to stay. The two bedroom suite was large and spacious. The view we had on floor 43a was amazing, especially at night. It was very convenient having the food stalls and stores just outside the residences. Easy to walk to Jalan Alor for food. I would stay here again. "
