All the common utility places, like wash room near dinning areas was flithy & at reception was dirty at all time . spaces near Staircase was flithy. Teres and othe open areas are also dirty. Open spaces show torned up plastic sac, and waste materials. corridor al;ways show dirty linens and other cleaning materilas stored in open.
