However, I’m not sure if the hotel accepts AMEX since the front desk had difficulties processing the payment during check-in, despite having the AMEX logo displayed under accepted payments. Our first room didn't have working air conditioning. They moved us to another room that had great a/c. Clean room, friendly staff. Wifi was poor. Tiny hot water heater so hot water runs out quickly. No safe. Burned out light fixture in bathroom. Dead batteries in TV remote.
