"General maintenance would increase this from a 2 star to a 3.5. Big Windows but all dirty. Floor needed to be vacuumed and mopped. Bathroom was ok. Had to get cigarette burned sheets changed twice. Stop using those sheets, no one wants to sleep on a burned sheet. Maintenance guy very kind and helpful. Another Good thing was that the bed was very comfy. Stairwell and outer hall desperately need a power wash. If they took the time do a big clean this place would have felt and looked so much...

" I was shocked that Expedia would even list a place like this. There was not a human in the lobby to assist with check-in; instead some kind of AI type machine was there that we were supposed to register ourselves with. I left and stayed somewhere else. I was always able to rely on Expedia's bookings in the past, but that window is now closed."
