"Nice hotel, clean and well located on the edge of the city right beside the main train and bus stations for those wishing to use public transport, we used a hire car as we wished to explore Ypres and the surrounding WW1 museums etc at our own leisure, car parking was very easy as the hotel sits on the same site as the stations car park and is only €8 per night. "Absolutely fantastic breakfast. We stayed in the Mansion suite and it was spacious, great air conditioning, beautiful, and clean. All of the staff working at the front desk where I would standing. Being able to book a time and there Spa in the basement each day was also a bonus since it was included. Absolutely fantastic location to stay in Bruges."

"The staff was not helpful as far as transfer to another room. I understand the hotel was fully booked but they insisted that we empty the room early before 12 the following day. We have stayed in many hotels, and had never experienced what the receptionist (all of them) insisted. The check in time is 3 pm and all we were asking was for us to move at 12pm since we have pre booked a tour of the city from 9-12 noon."

It was located on the ground floor of a separate building on the parking lot. Not at all what we expected from a 4 star property and certainly not for the price we paid. "This place is an absolute jewel! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our base to travel around. We had 2 larger rooms that were connected and it was well worth it! Luxurious rooms, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed! The location is central to everything and Sofi our hostess was crème de la crème!
