"I didn't have high expectations due to the cost but there are bare minimum services/ detailsthat hotels need to provide. The room smells horrible like urine, we slept with disgust and mistrust of cleanliness. We asked for a crib and it was brought to the room and left there by just knocking the door. The mattress was ripped off but even worse the sheet they brough with it were dirty with hair on them. Just disgusting and very disrespectful. Customer service by front desk and people that work there is how can I say it; not any customer service at all. Their presentation is not professional, they barely talk to you and don't greed you. They almost kicked us out of the room by 11:30am by calling to the room several times. This was a just OK experience to the say the least"

"The bed felt and sounded like an old spring mattress from the nineties, they used a dust ruffle as a blanket (not even kidding), there was mold in the shower and the sealant around the door was peeling and hanging off. The water pressure was very poor and only one of the three desk staff were pleasant toward guests, including us. The others acted bothered that people were speaking to them - especially the younger woman with the long dark hair. The air conditioning unit was groaning and making noise which wasn’t great to listen to while we were trying to sleep and the phone in the room didn’t work at all. I was told that yes, some of the phones don’t work but we could use cell phone to call the front desk - except no one would answer when we did. Considering what we paid to stay there, we should not have been dealing with issues like this. I’ve had better stays in cheap one star establishments. "

"I was unable to enter the hotel and check in, no front desk staff all night, probably sleeping in the back. Didn’t answer the buzzer, didn’t answer numerous phone calls, knocking or pounding on doors. Called Hilton support, and they were unable to rouse anyone in the hotel. All other hotels in the area were booked solid, and Hilton found a room 16 miles away and told me I could drive over and have it for $177 ( my room I was supposed to have was $89). They should have given me a room at my original price since this was their fault, or even comped the new room. After over 2 hours of trying to get in the Hampton Inn and calls with Hilton, I ended up sleeping in my rental car at 3am. It has taken 3 phone calls and being on hold for over an hour and I still haven’t been able to get my refund yet. Hilton/Hampton Inns will no longer get our business. "

"Room was nice..just didn't like the smell on the sofa/bed. Had a strong odor of sweat..yuk!! I did spray Febreze & lit a candle. Beds were super comfy. Towels were on point. Just expected a little more, for the price we paid."

"I was extremely impressed with this hotel. I will always stay here. They have great hospitality, awesome breakfast, great dinner snacks and the indoor pool and hot tub was a game changer for me and my grandchildren. "

"The rooms were cleaned and the staff engages as you pass them. Family friendly with lots of activities for the kids to do on the resort. One of the slides at the waterpark was down so we didnt get to get on it during our stay."

"It is a dated hotel and the room smelled musty probably from the AC. It is nice they serve breakfast but it is same menu everyday (stayed for 4 nights) and very basic. Our room was not cleaned because we were told from the receptionist that we had the please don't disturb sign overnight. I guess they check the tag at 6am and if it is on the door, they don't clean it that day. "
