Hotel dekat Stone Ridge Market

"First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

"Everyone was so nice and accommodating will return when I need to stay in San Antonio"

"Loved the breakfast"

"Nice rooms and clean"

"The Manager, John, gave me and my Son outstanding customer service, our room was clean and our bed was comfy, and the waffles in the morning were delicious. We plan on staying here again."

"Front desk girl was not friendly or helpful."

"While a little noisy with the highway right next door, it wasn't bad. Room was nice, with a good bed. Very close to, and easy to navigate to the airport. We got checked out very early for a morning flight. Definitely did the job. Room had a fridge and microwave."

"The staff was great,"

"Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was disappointingly dirty. We went and got our own cleaning supplies for the bathroom. They had placed a "wet floor" sign as you could see there was a spill, but it was never cleaned up., we could see and smell the spill the following day. The hot tub had only 2 operational jets. The water seemed clean. The breakfast buffet was another disappointment. Runny eggs, (of course) the cereal I wanted, dispenser was not working. Four different juices were...

"Room was okay, but had a smell and the ceiling looked like it was falling apart on room 415"

"TOO FAR TO PARK VEHICLE AND A HIDEN CHARED $20,00 A NIGHT, GOT CHARGED TWICE, ONCE BY EXPEDIA AN ONCE BY EMBACISE SUITES, FRONT DESK ATTENDENT NOT CHEERFUL OR POLITE, I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN ANY TOWN."

"I loved the idea of the suite. We had a small living area a bar a kitchen with two queen beds that were comfortable. The thing is, the tv in the living area didn’t work, there was a great deal of rust on the knob to turn the water on in the tub, the bathroom vent didn’t work, and the floor was not clean. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Again I loved the idea but I don’t think I’d stay here again."

"Booked this for my parents…. Booked them a king size bedroom. They arrived to the hotel & the hotel did not offer them the room i paid for them - only said they had 2 queens. Kind of a bummer"
