Hotel dekat Stone Canyon Crossing

"First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. "Everyone was so nice and accommodating will return when I need to stay in San Antonio"

"Nice rooms and clean"

"Front desk girl was not friendly or helpful."

"I requested housekeeping for the three days I was there and they never came. Property is older but the rooms are clean."

"Staff wasn’t at the desk as much as they could’ve been. Room was pretty clean but the towels had a few stains in them."

"I had a really nice stay! I was mostly out exploring during the day and only came back to sleep, but everything was clean, smelled nice, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. Overall, a great experience!"
