"The people that work there! We loved everyone! Lucia, Skyler, Edwin, Johnny, Harvey and all the valets at the front as well as all the front desk personnel that I didn’t get their names but was still happy to have been in their presence. They made it a joyous trip. This is a wonderful boutique hotel that has a great pool area, fitness room and bar. Room service was excellent as well. The neighborhood was very walkable with restaurants and stores nearby. We can’t wait for our trip back!"

"Location was super close to freeways, shopping & dinning. Pretty convenient for our Universal trip. Pretty comfortable. It did say "breakfast included".. was disappointed to discover it was a breakfast bar (oatmeal, coffee & muffins) not an actual hot/cold breakfast. Our keys also stopped working. We had to get them reactivated a few times during our stay. "
