"Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, and a fabulous welcome. We stayed in Tufted Owl overlooking the High Street - a bit ‘rumbly’ if a big vehicle went past, but there’s very little traffic in town at night. The noise didn’t affect me at all. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was over at The Crown (we were given a breakfast card each) which was amazing. We’re definitely coming back. "

"First the bad bits-its past history as an hostel clearly shows, especially when you notice staff only inhabit the property, thrice daily before leaving, causing mess to linger for upto six hours. "We had a lovely stay at Gails. I received a phonecall earlier in the day from Lucy to say that the boiler was not working and they were unable to get anyone to fix it so they would be refunding us half of the cost back which was very nice of them as this was not their fault and these things happen. Checking in was easy, parking was fine, the room was lovely, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and was very nice. "perfect location for an overnight stay for an early flight. Airport literally across the road. Facilities are basic but functional but it serves the purpose of a bed close to the airport. Car parking was tight but well organised to ensure cars that needed to leave early weren't blocked in. Good communication with owner"
