"Thanks for a great stay. This is an Honest Review of the property. It is awesome. Clean and really upscale. If you are worried, do not be. I am doing this for the concerned shopper. This is a place you will be happy to stay at. I wish they had more towels and toiletries refreshed daily, but unless you are really "wasteful???" about things, you will not have a problem. This is a great stay. PERIOD."

"Room itself was not bad! Bed and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom door right across from bed with frosted glass door woke everyone when light turned on. No room service during 4 day/3 night stay despite signage saying every 2 days. Trash by elevator ignored for over 24 hours. Employee upon check-in trashing company, new computer system, hotel, other rooms occupied when new guests went to room. Ice bucket lid upon check in, no ice bucket, no coffee pods in room at check in, no extra...

"Check in was super easy. I was able to check in early which was great because we made good travel time. The room was very large. Way more space than I have had in other hotel rooms with a pull out and two queen/ full beds. The wall paper was at the beginning stages of coming off in many places, the toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and there was a man’s dirty sock found between the bed and the wall ( there were no men in our room). There was only one elevator for a large hotel which...

"A peaceful getaway with beautiful views of the river. Rooms were very clean and inviting. Close to restaurants downtown."

"Unique property above a restaurant and venue. Easy check-in online. Great location within walking distance to restaurants."

"Staff was great. They are doing renovations. The room we had was across from the pool and the door had spacing around it that let in some of the dampness. The air hadn't been in when we got to the room so it exasperated the issue and had a bit of a smell. We were only there for one night before we were hitting the road again the next morning. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great"

"Adequate room. Extended stay type of place so not many amenities. It is good for what we expected. "

"The place could use a refresh. The elevator floors had chipped and missing tiles. The pool was under repair and the lobby drinking fountain was out of order. In my room, a shelf was falling off the wall. This hotel needs some love. The room was very quiet."
