"The elevators were out of order. The toilet and shower are too close together. The hotel stay was not worth the cost. The staff appeared to be friendly but it came off as fake nice. Considering the area, it could be much better. "

"Staff was professional and responsive.
I DID get charged $25./night for parking in a HUGE surface lot shared by 4 hotels, and I drove around a lot before finding a space pretty far from my hotel."

"False advertising on this hotel. Said airport shuttle and only about 7 miles to O’Hare.
No shuttle, $75 cab fare.

"Only negative I have is that you park in their parking lot which ha alot of spots and they charge you . Doesnt make sense why you pay for parking when you are staying at the hotel."
