"It was clean"

"We stayed here for one night. The room was clean and had the typical Marriott setup, making it comfortable for a short stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and my kids really enjoyed it. One thing to keep in mind is that parking costs extra, and there were additional fees added to the bill. Overall, we had a good stay, especially because of the excellent breakfast."

"There’s a lot to like about this property. It’s in a very nice suburb with lots of meal choices within a few miles, but without the traffic of driving into the city. Easy access to the interstates. Lots of free parking. Staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. Other reviews have disagreed, but we thought the hotel was clean and well-maintained. "Staff were great. Pool water was gross. fridge wasn’t cool enough. and microwave was broken but they replaced it."

"The check in process was very smooth and the hotel is a perfect distance if you have a long layover and want to eat and bathe before your connection. We stayed the night for this very reason and it all went over smoothly. Very glad we stayed here as it was a peaceful nights sleep and a good meal at the on-site restaurant before finishing our journey home."

"The location is prime, that’s a plus when you have kids for walking to shop or eat. What was disappointing was its summer and very busy and the elevators were broke. We waited 20-30 minutes to get up or down from our room. The room was not clean. The “vouchers” were a joke. My husband went to get his “complimentary” drink and the bar tender was rude and charged our room. Will not be returning! Just disappointing."

"Location was excellent, amenities were as expected, but showing some wear ("barn door" in our suite was difficult to slide). ICE not available on every floor. Had to request sheets and pillows for our pull-out sofa-sleeper, but staff was very helpful and provided quickly. Parking garage convieniently next door, and LaQuinta providing discount with in/out privledges was very much appreciated."

"Great location for walking to museums and train station. Lots of good restaurants around too. One of the two hotel elevators was out of service during our stay which caused a lot of wait time and congestion. But staff were helpful taking people up on the freight elevator when they could. Breakfast room was often overcrowded and hours of service seemed short. Hotel rooms were roomy and clean. Kids loved the pool."
