"Room was large and clean with a bath and shower. The hotel is in a beautiful village next to the river and many lovely walks. Evening meal was excellent, as was breakfast. All the staff were great with Naomi going above and beyond."

We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. "Another great stay . Spotless rooms and facilities (we stayed in the barn annexe). Staff excellent and breakfast first class. Lots of variety and uses local produce for their meals. We ate our evening meals there as well. Will definitely go back again . "

"I stayed at the Fenwick a couple of times now travelling on business and enjoyed my stays. The rooms are very well presented and always nice a warm. Good food, especially breakfast. I think the road outside does not do the hotel any favours, but once your inside you can forget the road."
