"Staff is rude "

"The room was clean. The gentleman at the front was very friendly. Only downside was literally waiting 30 minutes to take a shower because that’s how long it took for the hot water. "

"Broken windows with boards over them, a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes and weed, did not feel safe here and never got refunded for a place we stayed all of ten minutes before leaving"

"Room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Jacuzzi tub wouldn’t drain, toilet was stopped up, dirt all over the floor. Holes in the bathroom walls. Mini fridge and microwave were dirty. Food splattered on kitchen wall. I took pictures of stuff just in case. Room should have been a $75 room not a $175 room."

"Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though."

"I only gave the facility a 3/5 because they are in the middle of remodeling and downstairs was tricky getting to the elevators. All the rest I gave 5/5. Our room is was very clean and the hallways smell new! Once the renovation is complete definitely 5/5. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as hot, fresh and a lot of food! Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Very disappointed that there was not free coffee in lobby.They had a Starbucks machine which was amazing, but at some point they ran out of milk. I stayed for 7 nights. I had multiple issues with my stay mostly with housekeeping not cleaning my room on my first and second nights. My room was also very dark. Several lamps did not work or did not light sufficiently. There were ants and hair in my shower when I checked in where it remained for 3 days before I finally removed it. I was compensated...

"Dogs barking for over an hour at 7am. Someone trying to kick a door open and owners of the dogs fight and yelling because the dogs pooped all over the room"

"The room we booked ended up having bed bugs. So my girlfriend and myself are covered in bites. The property manager offered to move us to another room, neither of us felt comfortable so we declined. We did get a full refund though. "

"Room was clean but did not have a trash can other then bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable, shower pressure not great. Hot tub in the pool room was broken. 2 different days we went to pool and there were no towels. For the hotel we honestly expected more. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. "
