"Beautiful hotel with the most excellent staff "

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

The property is located in the center of Venice in a great location. The room is very clean and beautiful. The room was smaller than anticipated after viewing the photos. The room had a small bathroom with a shower, no tub and a small closet."

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."

"We needed a place to stay for 1 day in Venice. We were able to drop our bags first thing in the morning which was great. Noel was very helpful. Room was small but we expected that. Worked well for us."

"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and well appoin ted with lovely amenities, linens, towels and products. We will find a reason to return...if there were more than 5 stars to give we would give them!"

"Staff was excellent with helping us obtain transportation to and from the train terminal. They also helped arrange a last minute tour of the glass factory. Cocktails were very nice, not the largest selection, but well made."

"This was a lovely property. Clean room with sufficient space for two light travelers. Breakfast offer a filling variety, just what was needed to start a day of exploration through Venice! Conveniently located to a vaporetto stop S. Toma and accessing the Piazzale Roma bus terminal. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I’m excited to return again!"

"Firstly, I’ve traveled extensively and never complained about a hotel but this have one was really bad. Hotel staff at front desk unwelcoming and rude. Shockingly poor experience compared with all the other hotels we stayed at in Italy. Our room smelled oppressively like cologne or chemical scent. Clearly they’re masking other smell. It smelled so bad I got an headache and our clothes smelled for hours after only 30 minutes in the room. Also the Bathroom smelled oppressively heavily of...
