"Muy bien ubicado, ambiente relajado, cercano, desayuno limitado pero con calidad, la habitación amplia y con todos los servicios. Tenía una lavadora en mi habitación, muy práctico y manejable… La cama podría mejorar en su base, se sentía un poco débil pero en general muy bien, si me quedaría otra vez ahí. "

"Beautiful property and central location to Trinity College and Temple Bar . The rooms had lots of technology including buttons to open and close the blinds beside the bed. The bathroom door was a bit tricky to navigate, it would open on its own at the most inopportune time. "

"I was able to speak to the manager while staying at the hotel to tell him what a wonderful job all of the staff is doing the rooms were lovely the hotel is kept impeccable everyone greeted us from the doorman to the staff on the floor the bar keep everyone in the front desk I mean just Top Notch thank you thank you thank you plus we really enjoyed breakfast every morning and our lattes sometimes the little stuff is important too but you guys are doing everything right congratulations"

"Kept awake all night by alarm going off every 5 minutes in the room next door. Reception did not answer our internal call. Got a reply when I used my mobile. A staff member knocked on the door, when he heard the alarm. Then contacted his manager, who arranged a phone call to the room. Alarm continued. Second staff member then contacted his manager "to ask what to do". Another phone call resulted in alarm being switched off at 05.40 am. The two staff members conversed in Spanish, only speaking...

"This is a great hotel. The location is a bit north but still very walkable. It is historic but updated. The bathroom was a bit small but nice with rain shower. The room perfectly fit my husband, my 17 year old, and myself. the staff was great."

"Property location is its best feature. Front lobby is also very nice. Rooms are small for 3 people and long hallways to get to the rooms with two more sets of stairs on the floor after getting off the elevator. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly either"

"Wonderfully located, with a Tesco right next door and two train stations, bus stops, meeting points, and the Temple Bar area all within a 10-minute walk. The room was clean, sunny, and quiet, and having a fridge was a nice bonus. Both the staff and fellow guests were genuinely friendly. Felt safe throughout the stay.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

Located in the heart of downtown where a lot of bars and pubs are and the noise at night was pretty loud. I could hear it past midnight through the hotel room walls and windows. Ear plugs did not help. Other than that it was a nice day and if you’re into partying, it’s a great spot for you!"
