"I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."

"Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. "Filthy rooms. Carpets are dirty and stained. Rooms have body odour stench. Toilets were blood stained and black under the rim with grime. Shower wall had hair stuck to it and hair in the drain. Water was not draining in the shower resulting in it flooding over the shower box. Duty manager came to inspect this and blamed me for “using too much soap”, and did not offer anything to remedy the situation in the moment.
