"From the moment we entered the property our experience was less than ideal. The staff member at the front desk should not be working in the hospitality industry. She never smiled and only conversed when required to give or get specific information. She was actually rude on a number of occasions during our stay and sighed deeply when having to respond to any questions or needs. Breakfast was very minimal, not what we expect when advertised as being included: 2 choices of dry cereal, toast, 1...

"Overall, I really liked this hotel. It was extremely clean, all the staff were very helpful (especially Kim!), and the location was perfect. For anyone unfamiliar with the area, it's 5 minutes from the mall and other stores, right across the street from the Barn and the diner, right next to Dunkin Donuts, 30 minutes from the airport and American Dream mall and less than an hour to the city (depending on traffic). I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in the area."

"If I'm not mistaken when I made the reservations it said breakfast included.come to find out the next day all they hed was coffee.. the help that was there did nothing but stood around in the breakfast area. Both of them was a little bit sarcastic to my wife. For the price that you pay for the room I would have thought that they could have had something a little bit better than just coffee."

"expedia staff and hotel staff including management is useless. hotel has not returned my deposit yet been over 1 month. they told me will be back within 2 weeks. on top $135 unaccounted charge on my card with no explanation. no one picks call no one respond to my email. i even emailed their general manager and reservation staff. no response."

"This motel looks like it's from the 1970's, but we liked the retro feel of the place. When we arrived to check in, there was a police car with its lights on sitting in the parking lot and a used blue exam glove in the parking lot next to our space (just a little disconcerting!) Both were gone when we returned from our function. Our room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. "Breakfast was good. The shuttle is very convenient. The hotel was nice. Only complaint is that we traveled with a young baby and the tub in the room was broken so bathtime was a bit of a challenge."

"Front Desk was very supportive, polite. They were quietly, behind the scene helping us to navigated through all personal issues we had at that time. David(front desk) reminded me a hotel manager from "Pretty Woman", who foresee and quietly resolves issues before they surface. Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!"

"Very little for breakfast Got woke up by loud talking at 2:45am Sunday morning called.the front desk they said it was a wedding party didn’t really care the party continued upstairs .When I complained again at 8:am they were more concerned that there was no damage from the party .When I called Tuesday morning as requested I was told the recording was only people talking by the elevator. I would not recommend to anyone who wants to get sleep"

"Once again, I was disappointed by Hilton. This is the second time we arrived at a Hilton and were informed that breakfast was not included as was indicated when I made my reservation. Nor did I receive my Hilton Honors bag – not that I missed the bag of chips in the bottle of water, but it’s a matter of precedent and expectation. The room was OK, but the bed was not great and made a lot of noise when you sat down on it. Not sure I’m gonna be booking with Hilton again very soon."
