"The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. "I have never see such a horrible Motel6 in my entire life! As a result i'm checking out tomorrow booked neighbour hotel! Toilet is blocked, there is no wifi its offline ever since i came here! For cleaning of my room for 3days they did not clean it even when i go to report about it! Staff is useless"

"It was okay. My room only had 2 small towels. And they don’t clean the room unless you ask for it. Also they don’t have a “Do Not Disturb “ sign for the room."

"The Inn and the innkeepers were lovely. The decor is quirky and elegant at the same time. Every convince is thought of. The fireplace in every room is a fabulous touch. We can’t wait to visit again soon"

"My room was not properly maintained"

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"besides the area full of a bunch of street people. (not the fault of hotel) having to recalibrate the door card is Annoying. the rooms is nice and spacious. has potential for improvement. at night it felt like GTA 5 with all the street people roaming around, LOL , if you know , you know."

"So outdated. The shower pressure, the popcorn ceiling, the yellow walls! 400 a night is a disgrace."

"The bathroom door was not closing while in the shower. We notified staff in which they instructed us to only put towels, and they were unable to switch our rooms as this apparently is a common occurrence. My mother is older and could’ve slipped."
