"Sarah & her staff do an excellent job running The George Inn at Tideswell, near Buxton. It's a great pub/hotel in one of the best villages in The Peak District.

"We stayed for 2 nights and were very impressed with the overall look of the place but we had booked a suite which the room was not as en-suite was like a broom cupboard.
Breakfasts were fantastic and coffe excellent but need to offer other meals such as dinner or afternoon teas which could be quite lucrative for them.
Wal was always there for you and offered us one of their fans as hot during our stay and this was very much appreciated by my wife and I.
Would book again no problem."
"Staff were extremely friendly, and my dinner the evening I arrived was delicious. I don't eat breakfast but the coffee was good. The setting of this place is just beautiful, I was sad to only be staying the one night. "
