"This was our first hotel experience as a couple, as we normally hire a villa, car and fend for ourselves. However, family tragedies dictated that we needed to escape and be “looked after” in order to de-stress, rest and recharge our batteries after six weeks of heartache. "We have just stayed 7 nights as a family of 4 at this amazing hotel and loved it! The family room was spacious, elegantly decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. "First off, we had an excellent checkin experience, and great site recommendations. The staff were great. The main issue was that the air conditioning did not work. This was reported to the front desk twice as the temp in the room went from 23C at checkin to 25.5C before dinner.
