"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Donatello. Right away when entering we found friendly helpful staff. Upon entering our room it was apparent it was clean. The location is perfectly located, easy to get anywhere!! Breakfast was delicious always fresh and again staff were always very friendly and polite!"

"Perfect if you are driving to Venice. Plenty of parking and just a quick ride on the regional train to the train station on the island. The rooms were modern and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was good to grab a quick snack and there is excellent breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Very professional all around."

"Oasis near the airport. The pool is a life saver in the hot summer. There was some confusion regarding the airport shuttle because we ended up in a room in the property next door but the shuttle pick up spot was at that reception (not where we checked in). This was not explained to us prior. But the room was big and quiet and no planes could be heard and you can walk to various pizzerias nearby."

"One of our rooms was infested with crickets and some other insects. The desk staff didnt seem to care when we brought it up as an issue. We also had a power cut. Finally, the elevator didnt work when we were leaving so we had to carry our bags down a flight of stairs. Thankfully we only stayed one night at the propertiy. Horrible experience overall."

"Super freundliches Personal, toller Empfang und ein großes Zimmer. Der einzige kleine Punkt war das Bad. Bei der Dusche ging die Tür leider nicht richtig zu, ansonsten war alles andere mehr als ausreichend. Toller Aufenthalt!"

"Expedia's listing presents a waterfront view in all photos, even when selecting basic rooms. This is false advertising. Hotel charges $77 euros for waterfront view. No where in Expedia's listing does is say that for a waterfront view, hotel charges a $77 supplement. So hotel gets blamed, when in fact its Expedia's add that is misleading."
