"We are local residents and booked this hotel primarily to use the Topgolf Swing Suite. Unfortunately, we received conflicting information about its availability. In the evening, we were told it was closed, but the next morning we were informed that it only operates in the evenings. Since this was one of the main reasons for our stay, it was disappointing.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was only one set of towels in the room...

"I loved visiting San Francisco, but unfortunately I would not stay at Hotel Caza again.
Check-in was not a great experience. We were told to return at 2 PM, which was fine, but when we came back there was a line and some guests cut ahead. The front desk helped them while we were still waiting. We were also told we would receive reusable water bottles, but never got them. When we called, someone came to our door knocking loudly and brought towels instead. The interaction felt uncomfortable, and...

"I like the cleanliness and the service. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was great. They have free parking for the guests. One thing I struggled with was bringing my suitcases up to the front door from the stairs. A clear sign is needed to guide guests to walk around through right garage door if they arrive with Uber/Lyft/Taxi so they don’t have to carry big luggages and claim the stairs."
