"The property has stunning views and spacious rooms but lack little things like tissue or a waste basket. Our room wasn’t as clean as I expected with random hair in the bathroom. The bathroom had glass walls which is ok but a door for toilet privacy would be appreciated. The shower floor wasn’t tile but linoleum that gave way as you stepped on in. There is a restaurant and bar. Food was tasty. Did not use the pool or spa. "

"The hotel is rather small (a very good thing for me!), but the room I had was large and the bathroom too. It was modern and very clean, with A/C. It was called Mallus and had a French door to the street which meant I had to have the blind down all the time for privacy, really the only drawback to it all. "We had the best stay of our entire Portugal trip here! The staff were amazing. The pool is beautiful, and the food and wine were fantastic. We ordered dinner prior to arriving and would highly recommend that experience. Everything is very clean! Plenty of parking for our rental car. We had car trouble when leaving and the staff was very helpful in assisting. We will be back! Thank you!"

"Nice place in historic town. Room was large, clean, and bed was comfortable. Town is walkable, I walked from the bus stop. The hotel has a restaurant and the breakfast is nice, they set up a taxi service and they were nice. I did use cash in town and for the taxi which was appreciated. Everyone was so nice even though I didn't speak Portuguese."
