"The hotel was very well designed and attractive. Our room was large and comfortable. The location was very convenient and though it was in the heart of Toledo, it was quiet. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We look forward to coming back to this hotel."

"I spent one night in female room with 8 beds. The tall lady at the reception (sorry couldn’t remember her name exactly) was very sweet and helpful. Room was well maintained. One thing I can’t understand is that they gave only one sheet for the night, which is not enough for the low temperature at night. I woke up feeling cold and had to put ion everything I have for my day trip including the towel. The ladder is not comfortable for climbing (round bar instead of flat) up and down."

"Great location and room. The only issue was the air conditioning even though it was new it did leak water and needed to be fixed. Other than this set back the room was new and interesting and was walking distance to a lot of sites."

"This was a nice hotel, but it’s unlikely I’d stay here again. The open lattice doors between the bedroom and bathroom is a deal breaker. There’s just no privacy when you’re showering or using the bathroom. Also: no coffee, no mini fridge, if these things are important to you."

"Todo perfecto, a unos 10 minutos de Toledo, fácil acceso desde la autovía, ideal para pasar unos días si lo que buscas es precio económico y cerca de Toledo. El único inconveniente que la autovía pasa justo por el lado y se escuchan los coches toda la noche y que el check-in puede ser un poco costoso, aunque si tienes algún problema siempre puedes llamar y te ayudan ellos desde dentro. por lo demás perfecto. "No nos contestaban a ningún mensaje días antes de ir, avisamos a través de esta aplicación y a vosotros tampoco os contestaban . Llegamos al lugar y parecía que estaba cerrado. Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento. Solicitamos la devolución integra de la reserva pagada con antelación "
