Wonderful stay and vacation for a family with 3 young children! Absolutely beautiful view. Loved the rooftop balcony. Very friendly staff at the gate. All necessities close by. A home away from home. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Gate security stuff and view and view! Balcony is awesome and great furnishings. Beautiful pools and stuff working so hard nice to see. Clean garage room. Gym was bit disappointed. Very clean toom but i saw tiny roaches all over. Overall great stay!

This stay was absolutely beautiful! We were in a 3 bedroom, and it was so spacious, and there were so many mirrors! Helpful for a girls trip when we are all getting ready. Only feedback I’d give is 1.) the bathroom towels did not appear clean and had staining on it 2.) the dishes also were not clean when we arrived. We ran the dishwasher twice with our dishes as well, and the dishes still were not clean. But the view in this room was beautiful, big open windows, spacious, and big rooms. Despite those two complaints, it was a great stay! I’d definitely would come back!

The condo was immaculate—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. Every detail felt curated to enhance our experience, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces and dreamy bedrooms. What truly made this trip unforgettable was how perfectly suited Vista Vela II was for our family. The kids loved the pool and green spaces, while we adults soaked in the sunsets from the rooftop lounge. The location was ideal—just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We felt safe, relaxed, and completely at home. The entire property was beautifully maintained. Whether we were enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the balcony or heading out for a day of adventure, Vista Vela II was the perfect home base. Gorgeous views and we frequently stay at these condos. Just not this particular unit. This was smaller then our past stays but still nice. This unit needs a lot of TLC and maintenance. This AC was not working in the master bedroom. The blinds were broken when we first got there so maintenance had to come open them for us. The dishes were not washed and had caked on eggs and other food. We ended up hand washing all the dishes prior to using them. The master shower door would not stay closed to shower. The floors were filthy with dirt so we wore socks around the house. The towels were stained and very hard. Like they were not washed but only dried. Gross! We tried washing all the white towels again but then the washing machine started leaking water out into the hallway. When we checked out we left the condo very clean and organized. We hand washed all the dishes ourselves to ensure it was clean. We even swept the floors even though we did not wear shoes in the house. We would definitely stay at the Vista Velas II again. It’s completely safe with multiple pools for our kids. Just not at unit 2408 on the 4th floor.

Pros: - Property is nicely located a few minutes away from the marina. - The condo is spacious and the rooms are nice. - The pool area is nice and the place feels safe. - The ocean views are nice even though Costco is literally in front of the complex. Cons: -Main bedroom AC did not blow cold air so we had to resort to keeping the door open and having the living room AC on to help cool the room. - A few small cockroaches in our kitchen. - Guest room door got stuck so you couldn’t completely shut it other wise you’d get stuck.

There is 2 types of Cabo trip in my opinion. Resort on the water, over paying for food. You don’t want to do anything. The other type is you want to be in a relaxing place while not spending big money but also getting 5 star views and amenities. My wife and I choose to sacrificed being on the water for the penthouse with a rooftop. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony over looking the ocean. 1 minute walk to Costco or Sorina. It was great grabbing quick thing for breakfast everyday. Rented a car and was out of the door by lunch time everyday. 24/7 security. My wife was walking the property at night around 11am. Great place for family and kids. It’s clean, safe and great value. If I was 21, I might stay downtown this is about 10 minutes away from downtown and can see the ocean. Enjoy my simple breakfast.

The property and amenities at Lumina were absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. While initial communication was somewhat lacking, the staff more than made up for it; They graciously granted me extra time to check out when I needed it, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Lumina and give them a well-deserved five-star rating, with the only suggestion being to enhance their initial communication process.

Fantastic Apartment with great amenities and VIEWS

This was a fantastic property!! Great space, very clean, spacious, serene location with incredible views. The private rooftop was a special treat at sunrise and sunset with amazing views! Definitely will try to stay here again on our next trip!!

Vista Vela is a wonderful property. The space itself was large and clean and the view of Land's End was a true highlight. The bedrooms were also large with comfortable beds and big showers. The kitchen had all the basics but both Costco and a large Soriana grocery store are right across the street so you can walk for any needs. I have to add again, the view was unbelievable and we would watch whales directly from our balcony. A MUST tour is the Whale Watch Cabo tour from the marina to see humpbacks right beside you. Because of La Nina this year there were many grey whales as well and those are the ones that breach (jump out of the water). I have no issue recommending this building to anyone and we have already discussed coming back.

Nice and affordable place to stay on our short Cabo San Lucas vacation. Beautiful grounds… beautiful pools… the guy at the gate went out of his way to help us with arrival! Very kind and patient! You need a QR code to enter, there is no front desk to check in. It is all done online. The house was really nice and the balcony and view of the ocean was gorgeous! Downside is the stores and traffic between the buildings and the ocean! Beginning of December we could watch the sun rise and sunset from the balcony! Bring your own washcloths/loufa, because there are none provided. There are no baking sheet pans or pizza pans, Otherwise everything we needed was there! We had a really lovely time!! I would definitely recommend!
