Thank you for your review Adrian!It was nice having you with us in our small paradise.There are more food option in the main playa grande which is just 5 minutes driving from the hotel.Since the food products went up we had to increase a little bit the prices as well but we always keep the quality in our menu.We are sorry for the parking lot spot which was occupied but all the area is pretty safe.Hope we can have you back soon.

Muchas gracias por tu review Daniel!Fue un placer haberte tenido con nosotros.Tu comentario es muy importante para nosotros ya que nos ayuda a saber en las cosas que podemos mejorar a nivel de hotel asi tambien en la comodidades de las habitaciones.Pudo haberlo comunicado a nuestro personal de recepción ya que nuestro personal siempre esta disponible para ayudar en casos como el de los controles ya que tal vez pudo haber sido algo simple como cambiar baterias e igual nuestro personal de mantenimiento para chequear las ventanas, puertas, etc.Siempre son mas que bienvenidos en seguir usando las comodidades del hotel después del check out: piscina, areas verdes, cafeteria, etc ya que solamente necesitamos preparar la habitacion para el siguiente check in.Esperamos volverlos a tener en nuestro pequeño paraíso.

Gracias Carlos, se le recibió en Hotel Cantarana, donde se le hizo un check in presencial brindándole un servicio de calidad, despues se le llevo a su respectivo hotel y habitación y se le hizo saber que estábamos a su disposición en todo momento! Nos hubiera gustado mucho saber y escuchar su punto de vista del porque de su puntaje ya que siempre buscamos mejorar y nuestros huespedes son prioridad #1 por lo que queremos la mejor experiencia para todos! Nosotros disfrutamos mucho de su estadia en ambos hoteles. Se les ofreció y dio solución a los inconvenientes que nos mencionaron como la obscuridad en la villa por lo que se pasaron a nuestra habitacion estándar en Cantarana y después a una en nuestro hotel hermano Manglar, se les vio feliz en todo momento, lamentamos no haya sido el caso.
