"Check-in experience was great. Luke at reception was very welcoming. Helped kids with start-up colouring activities.
Overall team was very helpful.

"We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room.
We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay.
The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned.
Proceed with caution..."

"Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after a day of golf. The TV, however, did not allow for use of Netflix or Prime Video, and was very confusing to find just free to air channels. We were so tired it didn't matter too much. Our room was also located near the freeway which made for a very noisy night. Ear plugs would have helped. There was lots of on sight parking."

"Though we landed at the international airport at 7pm we took the Super Shuttle to stay overnight at the Mantra Hotel by the domestic airport as we had an early morning domestic flight the next day. The super shuttle cost $12 per adult and was charged to our Mantra bill.
