"The room was clean and comfortable, and the log cabin atmosphere was nice, but the TV was difficult to use because the guide provided did not match the channels on the TV itself. Also, the wifi was terrible! So, the TV didn't always work. Our devices (phones, tablet, computer) also didn't work, and since cell phone reception is next to zero in that remote location, it was very frustrating. They REALLY need to fix/upgrade their system. "The food at the restaurant is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean. It’s a very quiet and peaceful setting, but close to many tourist destinations. We would definitely recommend. They have a beautiful banquet hall for weddings and parties, too!"

"Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B"

"No external maintenance has been performed on this property for several years. Interior needs a deep clean. Evidence of mold throughout the building. Bathroom s not properly cleaned such as sweeping and mopping behind the bathroom door. Poorly managed hotel that could certainly be improved with care."

"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."

"The condo was a bit beat up. Very tired. The gas fire place was not working which was a little disappointing. We had a nice time but the property wasn't worth what we paid for it."
