"We had an amazing peaceful stay at this hotel in WD. Newly remodeled, very clean, crisp sheets, comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. The staff upfront was great. Breakfast was also good. Peaceful location away from the noisy WD downtown area but yet close to all the attractions. Literally everything was 3-8 minutes away and we loved this location. "The room was good and clean. The morning staff was on personal phone and was speaking in a different language which I dont care but at least acknowledge me. I was waiting for awhile and i just walked away as she didn't even acknowledged me. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above were stomping on the floor which sounded like they were wearing cement boots. I told the front desk and the people finally stopped at 1am. "I loved everything about the property, the property was clean and accommodating to all that traveled with me. Super family friendly when traveling with young kids. We had a hiccup and it was resolved and assured immediately! Definitely would recommend and will use this hotel for our return visit in a couple weeks! Don’t forget your swag bag upon check in!
