Hotel murah di Cadyville

"Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels! She called the manager, James Ballard and he would not even come in to help with the problem!!! The room had missing lamp shades, cracked window blinds, and dirty...

"Room was clean but had a little bit of a musty smell (think it was the air conditioner) but wasn’t overwhelming. Bed was very comfortable & staff were awesome!! Friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything, and this was not just one person, every staff member I came into contact with was over the top friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend. Great stay!!"

The continental breakfast that was advertised was very poor, with very few options, and I heard several other guests complaining as well. At check-out, the employee was unable to print or email my receipt and could not explain how or when my $100 security deposit would be released to my credit card. "The rooms are nicely updated and the bedding was very comfortable! The reception area was beautiful and the outside seating area is perfect for summer evenings. Continental breakfast was ok but wish they had fruit as an option. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating."

"We were originally meant to get one room but there was an issue so we ended up with two rooms with a connecting door, which was great except one room had ants in it and neither bathroom door locked.Super close to whiteface though which was super convenient. It seems like it was a work in progress, as one of the rooms had a much nicer and up to date bathroom than the other. Overall it was a decent stay but did not live up to our expectation."
