"First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....

"This hotel is located in a convenient area with office buildings, well lighted, lots of trees, and several people walking/jogging. Check in went smoothly and we got a quiet room on the 3rd floor (families are on first or second floors). The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Adequate fitness room."

"Very terrible experience I would give it a zero star rating. I had to check out of the hotel immediately after I checked in given how unclean the hotel was it was smelling of mold. The room wasn’t close proximity to the parking lot and it felt very unsafe. The property did not give me a refund, although I booked it for nine days. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. "My girls sent me here for a staycation. Perfect location. The staff was very attentive and the roof top lounge is a whole vibe. They do have a small pool on the roof top, nothing to write home about, but it was clean, the water got warm in the later part of the evening, and I pretty much had it to myself, so I spent a couple hours up there. The price is a little steep, but it was worth every penny."

"I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!"

I was told to park by the second door. When I entered the building there was NO sign to tell you which way to go for elevator.
