"Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again"

The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site."

Would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Did not have a free continental breakfast and charged another $30 in resort charges………for What????"

"When we first got here there was no staff on-site. I didn't have any information for my room because I booked my stay through a third party. The fire place didn't work, the jacuzzi was dirty, and there were bugs."
