"Cons 1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer. 2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise. 3. The AC barely works and seems like it’s all around the hotel, also if you decide to stay here plan to have a car cuz it’s almost impossible to walk around it cuz it’s next to a strada, so you won’t be able to walk to anywhere also you need to climb a hill in order to came here which is not pleasant if you have luggage"

Bei fünf Übernachtungen erhielten wir trotz schriftlicher und anschließend persönlicher Nachfrage nicht einmal frische Handtücher. Das Room-Service-Schild wurde einfach nur wieder ins Zimmer gehängt. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. While the rooms are small and the sofa bed is not the most comfortable, everything else made it wonderful. The room: small, clean, awkward bathroom with the way the door opens and the shower head functions but CLEAN. "The best thing about hotel Oporto is the location for the price. I got a fabulous view of the Sao Joao festival fireworks. The room was bare bones but clean. The whole hotel seemed more empty and weird like The Shining. I think it must fill for conferences. The staff and breakfast were fine."
