"I have asked to front staff ( Skyler) in the morning before 11 am after i eat at lobby restaurant whether i can have clean room today since i stayed another day however, Skyler told me it is too late to ask clean room service that she can do only extra towels for my room even i asked before 11 am . she did not offer anything more than new towels . i am pretty disappointed her lack of service intention and i have been coming this Hotel over 20 years though, they need to train front desk staffs...

"The parking is the worst if you own a 1/2 ton truck, so you’re better off parking on the street with low risk of meter maid tickets. My room did not have an ocean view, but I walked over on the second floor there is a patio that has that Ocean view. Walking distance to the Embarcadero is what makes this Hotel the best location."

"Clean and neat rooms. A late evening check in was pleasant and helpful. New bathroom fixtures and flooring were nice updates. Bed was soft and comfortable. Centrally located and within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again."

"This was such a great little hotel. If I get to return to Morro, I will 100% stay here again!! Cute and clean. Staff was very helpful with our very late arrival. Only a couple block walk to The Rock and we had a nice view of it from our room. I think it was Room 310 (I'm writing this about 3 months after our stay). Easy to find and easy access back to the highway for your adventures elsewhere. We stayed here when we visited Hearst Castle."

"The deluxe suite was very clean, convenient, and had an excellent view of the bay and a side view of Morro Rock (you have to be right next to the window to see the rock). It is up a steep, narrow flight of stairs and you have to go through the lobby to get to it, but those were the only drawbacks. The couch makes into a queen sized bed, too, so you can honestly sleep 6 normal sized adults in this room. Worth every penny."
