"When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. "

"Wonderfully refurbished and decorated apartment fitted with everything we needed. Nice touch having a selection of bathroom & kitchen essentials for the unprepared traveler. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Location is amazing for Cromer attractions."

"Very nicely presented property in a great central location, everything provided for a very comfortable stay. "

"Lovely little apartment, fitted out to a high standard with attractive decor. Very convenient for a stay in Sheringham without a car as it is 2 minutes walk from the main train station and just across the road from the heritage steam railway. Easy walking to the beach and all the cafes, shops etc in the town."

"This apartment is stunning. It is bright and airy and is beautifully presented. The kitchen is new and immaculate. Every utensil and appliance we needed was provided including a dishwasher. The living room was perfect for us, with Sky tv and all our favourite viewing apps available. The two sofas and table/chairs made our stay extremely comfortable. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property. It is situated less than 100 meters to the sea and 200 meters to the town area making it...

"Lyn’s place was great for me and my two small dogs, l! It has a nice, country walk right outside the property, ideal for a short or long stroll. It was spotlessly clean inside with a great kitchen and shower. Lyn has thought of everything with little extras in the bathroom cabinet, a selection of coffees and teas in the kitchen and even some dog biscuits for the dogs. If you fancy taking home some plants at great prices, she even has that as well! Parking right outside the door makes it...

"Loved this cottage with its beautiful, natural garden not half a mile from the sea. And walks up behind the cottage to ancient places. Comfy inside, plenty of space. A very generous EV Charger. We would love to return"
