"Room good and reception too. Breakfast. staff were awful! No greeting, slouched around, were not clearing tables in readiness for guests, laying cutlery on dirty tables, taking their time, hanging around chatting in groups of 3, had to ask for tea bags as none available, when I eventually found someone as staff went missing!! She plonked down the bowl of teabags, no apology or comment, I said thank you. There were no bowls for cereals, again no staff in site, eventually I saw a staff member and asked her for bowls. She brought out 3 bowls but there were other people wanting a bowl!! Then I discovered no milk in jug, so had to wait again for her to come back out of kitchen I presume to ask for milk. The staff are young and probably needed some guidance. Apparently there was a new manager but I was told by reception that he was new and inexperienced too! The girls were working in an air conditioned room, so absolutely no excuse for their slowness. One girl cleared a table, then left tray of cutlery on clean table and went to bar, looked at her phone, had a glass of water and chatted there for a few minutes. Meanwhile guests were coming in and there was nowhere for them to sit at a clean table!! It was a Saturday morning and maybe the girls were students? Not sure they have been trained as waitresses at all! Also, no clearing of dirty plates on tables with people in during their breakfast was undertaken. Recommend you get someone to oversee the bad service?"
