"I would add more towels when there are 4 guests. It would be nice to have TV's in the bedrooms. But all-in-all it was a safe and quiet place to stay given the condition of the mobile homes that surround the area. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Awesome pricing to split for couples and plenty of room to move around. One bedroom is smaller than the other and would be nice if there were hooks on the wall to hang items. "

"TThe redeeming quality of this property was its proximity to Titus Landing, Harrison, and SR 50. The parking situation was unclear, and I noticed a sign that mentioned no guests after 10 pm; I was unsure if that applied to residents or temporary visitors. It was relatively quiet at night, but noisy during the afternoon with some lively kids running up and down the stairs and hallway outside my room. The room itself was fairly clean, although the bathroom shower area could use a thorough cleaning, as there was evidence of hair on the shower floor. I didn't feel unsafe, the AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed a place in the area."
