"This hotel is great. My only concerns are the restrooms near the pool are not handicapped accessible. Also the hotel restaurant has a very limited menu, but that is just my opinion. This facility is awesome."

"Pros- location! Very convenient to the beach and restaurants, shopping etc. very walkable. Shampoo smells great. Parking. Cons- we paid extra for a bay view and were disappointed. It was a small window and really was a view of the pool area. Not at all worth the large price. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. And the towels are small and thin."

"One important note which you cannot find - even from the front desk staff: if you book a room on the 4th (top) floor and on the lower numbered end (400-414), you should have a Bay view. 3rd floor same #s maybe a little view. Closer to 400 you get, the better. Breakfast staff lady was very nice, but underwhelming fare. Check-in and out were easy."

"This is only a place to sleep and even then this is questionable as well. The beds are sunk in like they haven’t been switched out in 20 years once again. This is the place you can sleep and even then that is a questionable.?????????????????????"

"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."

"This hotel it is a good choice, it has a great location, all the rooms have ocean view, free parking and breakfast included, for the price it was a great choice, another great thing housekeeping comes every day to do your room, without you having to ask, rare for hotels these days. "IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND."

"Beach views were very nice,pool area was nice but no hot tub. Carpet floors in room were filthy.balcony doors were filthy and worn. Breakfast was fine- typical. Lobby was clean. Staff was helpful."

"I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend."

"The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town."
