"Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel mainly because it advertised “theme park transportation included.” To avoid any confusion, I called in advance and was assured there was transportation to all Disney parks—Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios—and even Universal. Based on that, I felt confident booking.
However, upon arrival, I was told they only offer limited transportation, mainly to Universal. A staff member even admitted this confusion has happened to other guests before, which is unacceptable. If this is a known issue, it should have been corrected already instead of continuing to mislead guests.
The room conditions were also below expectations. There was constant noise, people smoking nearby, and overall it did not feel worth the price I paid, especially considering the transportation was the main reason I booked.
We were moved to another hotel, which was slightly better, but the inconvenience cost me valuable time. I had dinner plans that night and missed them because of the situation.
Unfortunately, the second room still had issues—noisy area, dirty towels, and a door that was difficult to open. Transportation remained very limited, with only one shuttle to Epcot at an inconvenient time.
Overall, the hotel needs to be more transparent and accurate. I would not recommend staying here."
