"Our room was clean and whenever I requested room service, they were able to provide it. The only concern that I had was that they did not swiffer mop our floors I could tell because there was some of my hair on the floor whenever we came back that evening after I asked for it to be cleaned other than that no issues on our second night there when I went in the bathroom and turned on the light I did notice that there was one small German cockroach and one skinny medium sized roach I have a phobia of roaches, so this was not good. We slept the next two nights with the lights on to make sure that they did not come back. We also made sure that we kept our garbage tied up and out in front of the door outside for them to pick up so that we did not have any further issues, but this is Florida so it’s inevitable that you’re gonna have something. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was an eight out of a 10. But for the price, it was good. I wish I had had time to use the Jacuzzi or the pool. They did look clean. Overall, I would not mind staying here again."

"Our bathroom smelled of fish tank and I didn’t know till the end but a roach was found in our room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay"

"There were stains on the bed sheets as well as what appeared to be blood stains on the bathroom wall, the microwave did not spin or properly work and when we tried to call front desk no one answered, we had to contact the operator for a plumping issue and no one came for almost 2 hours."

"The poolside cantina was awesome! My husband, our kids and I all enjoyed a low key but amazing dinner by the pool with yummy drinks! The bartender was great and even changed the channel of the poolside tv’s so he could watch a bball game he had been looking forward to seeing. Great atmosphere! "
