They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. "Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again."
