"It's not the first time we stayed there, and it didn't disappoint. The place is clean, with a mix of regular residents and travelers. We liked the buffet breakfast, with several choices of almond milk and low fat milk, chefs on standby to make eggs, omelets and pancakes. The pool is clean, not busy and the right temperature and depth. We particularly liked the pool (billiard) table which my son enjoyed a lot. "The room smelled like cigarette ash. The room was not clean. Someone in our group was charged for using the regular elevator and were instructed to use the large service elevators, but those elevators did not work without a card key. We were told to leave the card keys at the room for checkout. So we were set up to failure and were charged for using non service elevators. We asked a serviceman on the floor to help use the service elevator and they would not help. Worst experience! DO NOT STAY...
