"Technically the room was clean. Staff was kind of rude. Front staff at check in started off rude and quickly tried to change her attitude after I identified myself as a travel agent. However, everyone but the maintenance guy was rude and seemed to hate this job. We had maintenance because the TV didn't work. "There’s a big reason it’s cheap, whatever you do, spend the extra money and get a better hotel. We only stayed one night out of 4 before we left, baby woke up with bug bites all over his leg. "Horrible hotel. I definitely do not recommend. Looks old and worn down. Room had a smell sink and tub where clogged. We needed a room close to amtrak station only reason I booked. Never will I stay here again."

"The place was dirty with hair and some sticky stuff on the floor by the bed from prior guests. The tub had broken and loose fixtures with the stopper now working preventing the use of the tub. The shower would only give hot water so the only option is to shower in scolding water or not shower at all. The bed were uncomfortable and the power went out in the middle of the night preventing us from being able to sleep. "This is in a terrible location with a large homeless population and a lot of drug usage. The door didn’t fully seal closed, the room was dirty, the beds were terrible, but mostly we just did not feel safe or feel that our vehicle was safe while parked overnight. Do NOT bring your family here."

"We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked into the lobby for check-in, the staff at the front desk were super nice and professional. After we checked in, he informed us of breakfast hours (M-F 6-9 am, Sat-Sun 7-10 am) and pool availability. Our room was exceptional, clean, and spotless!
