"I have absolutely no complaints at all about this hotel. Booked in desperation after flight cancellation. Arrived to a helpful receptionist, and a clean room and the bar still open, serving really well priced booze. After actually sleeping, the breakfast was pretty damn good. Chilling by the pool, there was inclement weather - back to the bar! Reasonable, tasty food and amazing staff before actually getting back home. "The location provides great beach access and wonderful restaurants are just a stroll down the boardwalk. The hotel is in need of some minor upgrades- rooftop pool has an adhesive border that is peeling off, the lower pool is dated too. I wish the hours for the pools were longer. In our specific room the shower was leaking, due to poor caulking. The staff was pleasant, for the most part. During our stay we did encounter an unfortunate incident. I felt management should've handled the...

"Good facilities, employees are extremely gentle and helpful. Room (apartment) was nice, I would just improve the bathroom a bit since doesn’t match what you would expect from 5* Also in the gym I would add some dumbbells of small weights (1-2-3 kilos) since I think minimum was 4 kilos. Cleaning services could be more efficient but I guess was depending on low season = low employment in the hotel.
