"What an amazing property! Our hosts were so kind and accommodating - there to answer any questions we had from the best beach to visit to where we could launder our clothes. The room was spacious and so clean! Check in was seamless and was lovely having the bar downstairs for convenience items such as coffee, water, adult beverages etc. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back some day!"

"The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. "We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location to explore Monopoli. The beach area is right across the street and many great amenities in the area. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area. And breakfast was perfect. We will stay here again!"

"It was just an Ok property. Location is good. Breakfast was far away and not very good. Street was very loud, because it was right in the middle of town. Beach far away. No windows. Poor ventilation. Staff was good. I would not go back, though. There was no telephone to call when I arrived. I asked nearby and they told me to go to the next location and ask. I had to call for the staff to come and help me. All very confusing."

As a result, sleep was difficult and even with the balcony doors and shutters open, it didn’t cool off and the street noise was loud until about 1:00 am.
