"Der Check in war katastrophal weil der Code für die Tür nicht funktioniert hat. Bis wir dann endlich jemanden erreicht haben über eine Klingel hat es gedauert. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly.
