"The manager really cared about guests and making sure they had what they needed. The continental breakfast was nice and had multiple options that were refilled quickly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good location to Universal, only about a 12 minute drive. "

"Staff are excellent and making sure our room is clean everyday! Even when you not told them to change linens and towels, we were surprised everytime we would get in the room from our trip that the room is neat and tidy. "

We traveled with 9 bags, and they were so helpful letting us store them for an extended period of time whilst we explored the city before a proper check in. The food at Olive’s Bistro was delicious, and the friendly bartender made us some delicious cocktails to take up to our room. Speaking of the room, it was so spacious and so clean! Easily the best shower I’ve ever taken, and I didn’t want to leave...
