Consider this hotel
Centrally located in calungute. Easy access to nearby areas Scooty and cars are available right outside the gate from Rs 400-2500 per day depending on the vechle. Food is good, room services is also good. Only issues is the the mattresses are too thin and hard. Room are spaicous with good size balcony.

A very good hotel, staff very helpful. Room well equipped and maintained. Place lovely and clean. Only criticism was mattress too hard and could do with a topper. All in all a great stay. Thanks !!!

Nice hotel not so close to the beach
Though this hotel not close to the beach it has some shopping around that caters for every tourist needs. The WiFi is good in the lobby and almost not available in rooms. The breakfast is awesome.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location
We stayed for four nights in the hotel that has a great location -- about 20 minute walk to a popular beach; quick access to food, local transportation and shopping. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a good TV, air conditioner, fridge, comfortable bed, and other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful -- they even packed sandwiches when we took an early morning trip. WiFi access was good in the lobby but iffy in the room. The restaurant was good for dinner (with live 70's music) and breakfast. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel and near to Calangute Beach.
There were only Pro's and No Cons in our case. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Deluxe Room was neat and tidy. Ambience was excellent.

A good memory to celebrate my marriage anniversary
It was a nice & plesent stay in the hotel . Very comfort & cozy atmosphere , very copereative staff , buffy & deliceous breakfast . Room is quite spacious with all amenities . Room service is very fast for any kind of demand . Hotel is near to Sea beach just walking distance having a < one km . overall rating is 4.5 / 5 Sanajy - Gurgaon

Over all stay experience was good .
Baring the initial confusion created by staff on the usage of add services over all stay was good , the staff in the front office was not very enterprising , facilities near zero . rooms are good clean and big.

Hotel rooms & food was very good but there are cockroaches in room reception staff is very confusing I booked this hotel for 2 days than I extended for 2 days more .I finalise with the same rate but in the night they say they can't give same rate so I have to increase the rates Swimming pool is very good but timing is not good they have to open swimming pool till 11 pm coz generally guest go to side scene early morning & come back around 7 pm & they close 7:30 it means if u want to use swimming pool than u have to stay in hotel in day time

Highly disappointed dis-satisfied Neelam hotel
Pathetic Staff Pathetic Service. No communication between the Stafff, managers, management No clarity in communication to the guest. Made us wait at the reception for 30 minutes to check in The MD of the hotel tells us, that its our mistake that we decide to have dinner @ 12.20 PM in the midnite, when they are out of food and staff to cook for us.

This Hotel is very good in terms of location room comfort but the human resource is very poor, unprofessional. If it's one day stay then I will recommend it otherwise .................
